--More info on Dr. Robert Andolina--
Dr. Andolina attributes his aptitude and success to his father who was a supremely compassionate and caring individual, touching many lives with his willingness to help and support his family and friends. He had the uncanny ability to quickly assess any situation and proffer a resolution for those in need. He passed his gifts on to his son and sparked a longstanding, rewarding career.
Dr. Bob also had a sage advisor from an early age, Rev. Edward Murray, who always referred to his young mentee as “doctor”. Dr. Murray was an Early Trailblazer of the Duquesne University’s Department of Psychology, helped to shape the vision of the department and rose to department chair merely two years after completing his Ph.D. Throughout his life he remained a valued mentor and friend.
Dr. Bob’s education spans the U.S. He received his B.A. at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, his M.A. from Assumption College in Worcester, MA, and his Ph.D. from United States International University in San Diego, CA. He studied under the tutelage of some of the great thinkers (Viktor Frankl, Clark Moustakis, Rollo May, Ralph Reitan) of the movements of psychology in the 60s and 70s- phenomenology, existentialism, logotherapy, humanism and neuropsychology. Dr. Bob teasingly suggests that he trained with the dinosaurs!

He developed his clinical therapeutic skills and the psychological and neuropsychological assessment expertise during this period and readily champions the relevance of this knowledge and these perspectives in our digital age. As a student of human behavior he constantly enhances his learning, melding modern culture and context with the solid, proven foundation of his education and boundless experience.
Research shows that by utilizing an expert outside of the organization presents an opportunity to refresh, inspire, and reset. Dr. Bob is not merely a lecturer; he offers the audience a unique opportunity to engage in the conversation, creating an unforgettable experience.
